Joe is a licensed Medicare specialist and co-founder of Almond Insurance, proudly serving Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin communities.

Born and raised in Rockford, Joe is deeply committed to helping local families navigate Medicare with clarity and confidence. With 19 years of experience in the Medicare field, he has helped hundreds of families understand their options and choose coverage based on their health needs, prescriptions, doctors, and budget.

A few years ago, Joe joined forces with his wife, Serenity, to start Almond Insurance. Together, they bring a personal, family-focused approach to Medicare planning. As parents of three boys, Joe and Serenity understand the importance of protecting the people and communities they care about.

Joe believes Medicare guidance should never feel rushed or pressured. His approach is simple: listen first, answer questions clearly, and help people make informed decisions with peace of mind.

She is passionate about helping families turn the confusion of Medicare into clear, empowering choices. Serenity specializes in Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement plans, Life Insurance, and ancillary coverage, helping clients understand how different options may fit their needs.

Known for her patience, care, and community-focused approach, Serenity takes time to walk clients through their questions step by step. Whether someone is new to Medicare or reviewing current coverage, her goal is to make the experience feel less stressful and more personal.

Outside of work, Serenity enjoys traveling with her family and spending time at home with their rescue pup.

After spending 16 years in the banking industry helping people reach their financial goals, Jamie found a passion for guiding individuals through important Medicare decisions. Her background in client service, planning, and financial conversations gives her a thoughtful approach when helping people review coverage options.

Outside of work, Jamie enjoys golfing, spending time with her two sons, and vacationing in Siesta Key, Florida.

When she’s not at work, you can find Jessica spending time in the kitchen, camping, and attending live music shows with her husband and two sons.
